Q&A with Martin Constantine

Written by Josephine Walbank

Running out of imaginative ways to keep busy during lockdown? We know the feeling. But, we reckon we have the perfect remedy to ease your boredom.

Our lockdown events series has landed, and our most recent Q&A event was a brilliant success (if we do say so ourselves).

On April 27, we hosted a Q&A session with award-winning opera director Martin Constantine. He answered all of our burning questions and gave us some fantastic takeaway tips on how to take our acting to the next level. All via good ol' Zoom.

The feedback that we received from you guys completely blew us away:

"Martin was really inspiring! It was great to hear how a director approaches an opera methodically and creatively. I was really encouraged by his methods and hearing about Martin's experiences, discussing workshop methods and how to open up new ideas. Great session!"

"Great start to the series of insights."

"Hearing Martin's experience and answering everyone's questions was very helpful."

If you want to take part in any upcoming events, including further talks or our Creative Skills Swaps, keep an eye on our social media channels, where we'll be posting regular updates about our jam-packed events schedule.
